Job summary

Nutri Next is seeking a senior finance professional to lead capital-raising initiatives and manage investor relations. The role focuses on sourcing funds, negotiating terms, and closing debt and equity transactions for growth initiatives.

The candidate will prepare pitches, financial models, and deal documentation while building a robust network of investors and lenders to evaluate strategic funding opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or related field; MBA preferred.
• Deep knowledge of capital markets, investment structuring, and deal execution.
• Strong networking, negotiation and communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with investors, venture capital firms, private equity funds, banks, NBFCs, and lenders.
• Source and execute capital-raising, equity funding, venture funding, and debt transactions.
• Manage investor outreach, deal negotiations, term sheets, due diligence, and transaction closures.
• Prepare investment proposals, pitch decks, financial models, and deal documentation.
• Build and maintain a strong investor and lender network.
• Evaluate funding opportunities and structure suitable investment and financing deals.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA Finance preferred.
• 37 years of experience in investment banking, fundraising, venture capital, private equity, or debt financing.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment structuring, financial modelling, and deal execution.
• Excellent networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
