• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Capital Raising & Investor Relations Manager who can develop and maintain relationships with investors and facilitate capital deployment into investment opportunities identified by our Capital House.

The individual will be responsible for building a strong investor network and connecting suitable investment opportunities with the right sources of capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with HNIs, Family Offices, Private Equity Funds, Venture Capital Funds, Strategic Investors, Institutional Investors and other capital providers.
• Identify and develop new sources of investment capital.
• Understand investor investment mandates, sector preferences, ticket sizes and return expectations.
• Present suitable investment opportunities to potential investors.
• Coordinate investor meetings, management calls and presentations.
• Prepare investor outreach strategies for individual transactions.
• Manage the investor pipeline from initial outreach through investment closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing investors for repeat transactions.
• Coordinate with the investment team to understand transaction structure, valuation, investment thesis and funding requirements.
• Address investor queries and coordinate information sharing during the investment process.
• Support negotiations around investment terms and structures.
• Maintain an organized database/CRM of investors and their investment preferences.
• Track investor feedback and market sentiment.
• Assist in successfully closing investment/fundraising transactions.

Candidate Profile

• 3–8 years of experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Fundraising, Investor Relations, Wealth Management or Capital Markets.
• Strong existing network of HNIs, Family Offices, PE/VC funds or institutional investors preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship management and networking capabilities.
• Understanding of investment structures, valuation and transaction processes.
• Ability to understand an investment opportunity and communicate its investment thesis effectively.
• Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
• Highly target-oriented and comfortable working with transaction-based incentives.
