About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fundraising Expert / Investment Advisor to support fundraising strategy, investor outreach, equity structuring, and financial modelling for high‑potential startups:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute fundraising strategy for the above startups
• Build and maintain relationships with VC, angel, and HNI investors
• Structure convertible instruments and equity deals
• Provide pitch deck and financial modelling guidance
• Support strategic growth and scaling initiatives

Qualifications
