Own the fundraising story: the pitch deck, investor narrative, pipeline, meeting preparation, data room, and investor updates for a live seed raise.
Remote (India) 6 months · Flexible, approximately 25–30 hours/week
Digitomics is an early-stage startup building an AI-powered technology cost intelligence platform - one cost brain that helps companies see and cut waste across their four biggest technology bills: Cloud, AI, SaaS, and Telecom. Our AI agents find waste, explain it, and, with permission, fix it.
Digitomics is targeting customers across India, the US, and Europe through founder-led and self-serve go-to-market motions. This is an opportunity to help shape the company while its product and market position are still being built.
- Join at the ground floor and work on live products, campaigns, customer conversations, or fundraising—not side projects.
- Work directly with the founders or founding product leaders and see how a B2B SaaS company is built from zero.
- Own measurable outcomes and leave with concrete work you can show: campaigns, models, content, research, dashboards, or shipped product experiments.
- Build toward a paid full-time opportunity through a pre-placement offer or Associate PM path as the company raises and grows.
What you'll do
- Build and continuously improve an investor-grade pitch deck using the existing market, beachhead, and competitor research.
- Research and prioritise seed funds and angels in India and globally that invest in B2B SaaS and AI infrastructure.
- Own the investor CRM, including conversations, feedback, status, and next steps.
- Prepare investor one-pagers, FAQs, objection responses, follow-up notes, and materials within 24 hours of meetings.
- Build and maintain a clean data room covering metrics, contracts, compliance, and cap-table basics.
- Draft monthly investor updates that keep the pipeline informed and engaged.
Requirements
- Current IIM student or recent IIM alumnus with strong writing and presentation skills.
- Ability to turn messy working sessions into a crisp, persuasive story quickly.
- Confidence preparing materials for senior investor audiences.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior investment banking, venture capital, consulting, or founder's-office internship.
What we're looking for
- Structured, responsive, and comfortable owning a time-sensitive process.
- Strong narrative judgment and attention to detail.
- Able to absorb feedback from investor conversations and improve the story continuously.
Growth and development
- Work directly with founders on a live seed raise and learn investor communication, pipeline management, and diligence operations.
- Earn written milestone bonuses for outcomes such as shipping the deck, launching the data room, and receiving a term sheet, plus a discretionary close bonus.
- Strong performers may become eligible for ESOPs and a paid full-time role as the company raises and grows.
- Receive weekly founder mentorship, a certificate, and a personalised recommendation for strong work.
