Job summary

Mintskill HR Solutions LLP in Mumbai seeks an experienced Fund Accounting Manager to own the design, operation and strengthening of fund-accounting processes for Domestic Mutual Funds, lead UAT, support Multi-fonds implementation and ensure accurate NAV computation and regulatory reporting.

You will lead a small team of 3–4, applying knowledge of Mutual Fund regulations to drive streamlined workflows and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant Fund Accounting experience in the Domestic Mutual Fund industry.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Multi-fonds application.
• Strong understanding of Mutual Fund regulations.
• Commerce Graduate or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAT and support the implementation of the Multi-fonds system.
• Set up fund-accounting processes for Domestic Mutual Funds.
• Streamline fund-accounting workflows to improve accuracy and operational efficiency.

Fund Accounting Manager - Domestic Mutual Funds

As Fund Accounting – Domestic Mutual Funds, you will own the design, operation and strengthening of fund-accounting processes for Domestic Mutual Funds. In the first 12–24 months, you will complete UAT and support the implementation of the Multi-fonds system, establish streamlined processes, and ensure accurate NAV computation, valuation and regulatory reporting. The role matters because it underpins reliable fund valuations, regulatory compliance and operational quality within Bank’s Capital Markets function.
