Job summary

Coforge Limited in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking a skilled Fund Accounting Analyst to support NAV calculations, fund administration, capital calls, distributions, and related reporting. You will ensure timely deliverables, reconcile cash and investments, and assist with audits and regulatory filings.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance, professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA), and at least 2 years in alternative fund accounting or private equity.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Alternative Fund Accounting, Fund of Funds, Private Equity or Hedge Funds.
• Strong understanding of NAV calculations and fund administration processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Working knowledge of Advent Geneva, Investran, or other Fund Accounting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of NAV calculations and associated reports.
• Administration of Funds, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and Evergreen Funds.
• Capital Calls, Distributions, GAV, NAV, Waterfall calculations, and PCAPs.
• Cash reconciliations and Management Fee calculations.
• Valuation of portfolio holdings and performance analysis.
• Coordination of year-end activities including audits, financial statements, regulatory filings, and tax-related deliverables.
• Managing workflows and deliverables within SLAs and client expectations.
• Escalating material issues impacting NAV production and fund operations in a timely manner.

• Administration of Funds, Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, and Evergreen Funds
• Capital Calls, Distributions, GAV, NAV, Waterfall calculations, and PCAPs

What We're Looking For:
