Job summary

Thakral One in Bengaluru is hiring a Functional Tester (Swift AMH) to validate and ensure the quality of banking and financial services applications, focusing on SWIFT systems and payment processing.

You will design and execute test cases, log defects with proactive tracking, and collaborate with development and business teams across the full SDLC to ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of testing experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 2 years of testing with SWIFT AMH or SAA and payment systems.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT CBPR+, FIN, InterAct, and FileAct.
• Understanding of SDLC and testing life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements and specifications.
• Perform functional testing across SWIFT AMH, SAA, and payment processing systems.

As a Functional Tester (Swift AMH), you will validate and ensure the quality of banking and financial services applications, focusing on SWIFT systems and payment processing. You will design and execute test cases, manage defects, and ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements across the full SDLC.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Testing & Validation

• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, and system changes.
• Perform functional testing across SWIFT AMH, SAA, and payment processing systems.
• Validate message processing for SWIFT CBPR+, FIN, InterAct, and FileAct services.
• Accurately log defects with proactive tracking and fix validation.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues.

Domain Expertise

• Apply knowledge of payment schemes including SWIFT MT and ISO20022.
• Query and validate messages within SWIFT message processing systems.

Experience
