Job summary

Thakral One is seeking a Functional Tester (Swift AMH) to validate banking applications focused on SWIFT systems and payment processing. You will design and execute test cases, log defects, and ensure functional and technical requirements are met across the SDLC.

With 3–8 years of testing in financial services, you will bring hands-on experience in SWIFT AMH, SAA, CBPR+, and message validation to ensure high-quality releases for our clients in Asia-Pacific.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of testing experience in banking or financial services.
• At least 2 years of testing experience with SWIFT AMH, SAA, or payment processing systems.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT CBPR+, FIN, InterAct, and FileAct services.
• Understanding of payment schemes including SWIFT MT and ISO20022.
• Complete SDLC testing lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on business requirements, functional specifications, and system changes.
• Perform functional testing across SWIFT AMH, SAA, and payment processing systems.

As a Functional Tester (Swift AMH), you will validate and ensure the quality of banking and financial services applications, focusing on SWIFT systems and payment processing. You will design and execute test cases, manage defects, and ensure compliance with functional and technical requirements across the full SDLC.

• Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues.

Domain Expertise

• Apply knowledge of payment schemes including SWIFT MT and ISO20022.
• Query and validate messages within SWIFT message processing systems.

Experience

• You have 3–8 years of testing experience in banking or financial services.
• You have at least 2 years of testing experience with one or more of the following: SWIFT AMH (Alliance Message Hub), SAA (SWIFT Alliance Access), Payment processing systems

Technical Expertise

• You have strong knowledge of SWIFT CBPR+, FIN, InterAct, and FileAct services.
• You understand payment schemes including SWIFT MT and ISO20022.
• You have complete SDLC understanding of the testing life cycle.
• You are proficient in test case design, execution, and defect management.
