• Proficient in Linux command-line operations and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on GUI testing using Selenium, UFT, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven leadership capabilities and mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; ISTQB certification and automation framework exposure.

The ideal candidate will lead functional testing efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery of financial applications. This role demands strong hands-on experience in ISO8583 message formats, VTS, Mastercard simulators, and clearing/base II file processing, along with proficiency in Linux environments and GUI testing.

• 10+ years of experience in functional testing within Banking and Payments domains, delivering reliable and high-quality solutions.
• Strong expertise in ISO8583 messaging, VTS and Mastercard simulators, and file-based transaction processing.
• Proficient in Linux command-line operations, including troubleshooting, log analysis, and script execution.
• Hands-on experience in GUI testing using tools such as Selenium, UFT, or similar automation/testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive collaboration across teams.
• Proven leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior testers and managing testing activities effectively.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with added advantages such as ISTQB certification, automation framework experience, and exposure to cloud-based testing environments.
