Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Functional Specialist (ISG) with 12+ years of Oracle Retail experience to lead end-to-end implementations across on-premise and cloud environments. The role focuses on MFCS, ReSA, ReIM integrations and modern REST-based workflows, with strong analytics and stakeholder delivery skills.

The ideal candidate will bring depth across MFCS, IMCS, RMS, ReSA, REIM, and REST integrations, plus experience in cloud upgrades and SaaS migrations within Tier 1 retail clients.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Oracle Retail implementation experience.
• Experience with MFCS, ReSA, ReIM integrations across Oracle Retail modules.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Retail implementations across versions 13–24.
• Work with Tier 1 global retailers across multiple domains.
• Manage on-premise to SaaS migrations and cloud upgrades.
• Proficient in MFCS, IMCS, POM, RIHA, RICS, RMS, SIM, ReSA, REIM, RIB, FTS and REST integrations.

Recognized for an analytical mindset strong problem solving capabilities and consistent stakeholder delivery. Technically proficient in Kubernetes REST and XML integrations PL/SQL Pro*C Unix Oracle Forms and BI reporting solutions. Should have proficiency in Oracle Retail Cloud version 26 implementation with application as MFCS ReSA Integration ReIM & Custom Application.
