Job summary

Socommerz in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SCM/retail specialist to join our enterprise-services team. You will own advanced Oracle SQL/PL/SQL development, oversee batch processing, and troubleshoot integration across systems in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in enterprise retail and SCM, with hands-on experience in forecasting, replenishment, and customer-specific customizations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in enterprise retail systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SCM solutions covering core retail and forecasting/replenishment.
• Ownership of 2+ retail accounts and customer-specific processes or customizations.
• Production stabilization and onboarding of new customers.
• Track record as technical advisor on upgrades, migrations, and major releases.

• 4. Production stabilization and new-customer onboarding experience.
• 5. Track record as technical advisor on upgrades, migrations, and major releases.
