Protiviti India is seeking an experienced Functional Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital trading and investment platforms in BFSI. The role focuses on mobile app journeys, wealth advisory solutions, and digital transformation initiatives.

You will drive project governance, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with trading desks, compliance, and technology teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7-15 years of experience in project/program management.
• Strong domain expertise in capital markets and trading platforms.
• Proven experience delivering mobile trading or investment applications.
• End-to-end digital journey delivery in BFSI.

Responsabilités

• Drive end-to-end project management from initiation to deployment for trading/investment products.
• Lead delivery of mobile trading journeys including onboarding, order placement, portfolio tracking, and advisory.
• Manage digital transformation programs across Wealth & Personal Banking.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, trading desks, compliance, and technology teams.
• Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Deliver using Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe) with strong sprint and backlog management.
• Ensure adherence to capital markets regulations and risk frameworks.
• Set up and manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and escalations.
