Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Functional Order Management Domain Consultant – Life Sciences to optimize and transform order management across pharma, biotech, devices, and healthcare. You will collaborate with stakeholders across quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to improve compliance and efficiency.

You will drive process improvements, support ERP and digital modernization programs, and contribute to major transformation initiatives in Order Management and Fulfilment.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of order management experience in Life Sciences or related domains.
• Experience supporting transformation, ERP implementations, or digital modernization.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and quality requirements in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional domain expert for Life Sciences Order Management processes and operations.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and compliance improvements.
• Support transformation initiatives focused on efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality.
• Contribute to successful delivery of transformation projects in Order Management and Fulfilment.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, quality teams, supply chain functions, manufacturing operations, regulatory affairs, and digital transformation teams to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and business outcomes.In this role you will play a key role in:Act as the functional domain expert for Life Sciences Order Management business processes and operations.Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization, standardization, automation, and compliance improvements.Support execution of process improvement and transformation initiatives, focusing on efficiency, cost optimization, and service quality improvement.Contribute to the successful delivery of transformation projects in the Order Management and Fulfilment domain.Your Profile8-10 years of experience of order management process in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Healthcare Operations, or related domains.Experience supporting business operations, process transformation, quality, compliance, or digital initiatives within Life Sciences organizations.Strong understanding of Life Sciences processes, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.Experience participating in business transformation, ERP implementation, quality system implementation, or digital modernization programs.Understanding of quality management, compliance management, risk management, and supply chain processes.Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, commercial operations, clinical operations, or regulatory processes is highly preferred.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
