Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience leading or supporting technology transformation and digital innovation initiatives.
• Strong experience in Order-to-Deliver, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Global Trade Management domains.
• Experience designing and implementing AI, analytics, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems and supply chain technology platforms.
• Experience working with GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, AI copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience managing business stakeholders and driving transformation programs across multiple business functions.
• Knowledge of operating model transformation, change management, and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support AI/automation transformation initiatives across Order-to-Deliver and supply chain domains.
• Collaborate with senior business and technology stakeholders to identify high-value AI opportunities.
• Design, present, and drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
• Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time and within scope.
