Job summary

PradeepIT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a Functional Consultant for SAP C4HANA in Bengaluru. You will translate business requirements into functional designs, collaborate with solution teams, and drive agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and demos.

You will refine requirements, prepare for upcoming sprints, and coordinate integrations with SAP/Hybris and other systems to deliver robust customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into functional designs for SAP C4HANA projects.
• Knowledge across Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce processes with integration context.
• Proven experience delivering workshops, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Functional Consultant will work closely with the business and solution teams to translate businessrequirements and user stories into high quality functional design documents that can be delivered by thesolution teams to ensure the best user experience possible for customers.Good Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Business Processes, E-Commerce BusinessProcesses, Service Business Processes and Integration Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics.Analyze and refine requirements for delivering the necessary features and functionalities in:

SAPC4HANADevelop user stories including appropriate acceptance criteria and testing requirements ConductSprint Demos with business stakeholders to ensure developed solutions satisfy the businessrequirements.Management of the design and requirement gathering workshops with the customer.Build and extend SAP CX as a platform to meet customers requirementRefining customer requirements in terms of features,

user stories, and acceptance criteria toprepare for future sprints.Demonstrating the sprint releases to the customer.

Experience in working with Atlassian toolsets (JIRA, Confluence) used for Agile ProjectmanagementRun the workshops and training sessionsExperience in Agile/Scrum Methodology and Working, Sprint Planning, Burn-down chart andother aspectsEnsuring excellent communication and collaboration between all internal and external teamsFunctional SAP C4HANA skills
