Job summary

Accenture in India in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced OTC Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team. You will partner with sales to bring deep OTC domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle and lead the design of end-to-end OTC solutions for large, complex deals.

The role requires a postgraduate finance degree (CA/CFA/MBA Fin), hands-on transformation experience in OTC, and a track record of delivering major F&A engagements across industries such as CPG, Retail, or Financial

Qualifications

• Postgraduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin).
• Deep domain expertise in finance operations and OTC.
• Hands-on operations or transformation experience in OTC across industries.
• Experience delivering large F&A deals or tech-led OTC transformations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• Develop end-to-end OTC solutions for large deals including transformations.
• Work with sales teams to provide OTC domain expertise during pursuits.
• Lead client engagements and contribute to solution design and value propositions.

• We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned OTC Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team.
• Order to Cash (OTC) SALES PRACTITIONER ROLE
• OTC Sales practitioner role combines selling skills with deep domain and commercial acumen. You will transform the way finance works in the future by engaging in activities below:
• Partner with sales teams to provide deep OTC domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle.
• Lead the design of end-to-end OTC solutions for large, complex deals including transformation.
• Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate OTC capabilities and transformation levers.
• Lead Sales growth and mining in existing accounts for specific MUs and industries
• Stay abreast of industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in OTC

• Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin)
• Deep Domain expertise in area
• Hands-on operations or transformation experience in OTC within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services
• Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led OTC Transformation for large global Clients
• Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics +
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility.
• The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals.
• Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach.
• Some latitude in decision-making in involved.
• you will act independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions individual at this role makes have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
