Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Senior Analyst in Bengaluru with 5–8 years of FP&A experience focused on investments. The role requires BCom/CA Inter or a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance, and strong analytical capabilities to support financial reporting and investment accounting.

Responsibilities include investment valuation, performance reporting, and coordinating with multiple investment desks while ensuring compliance with GAAP/STAT. CFA is preferred but not mandatory.

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting of investments, ensuring accurate and timely entries in the general ledger.
• Reconcile investment transactions, including capital calls, distributions, settlements, and accruals.
• Maintain investment portfolios across various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and derivatives.
• Assist in the valuation of investments, including pricing validation and ensuring accurate mark-to-market reporting.
• Prepare accurate and timely investment reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies, including management reports, financial statements, and fund performance metrics.
• Support the preparation of financial reports related to performance and compliance requirements.

• Participate in special projects involving investment accounting, reporting enhancements, and system/process improvements.
• Provide analysis and insights as needed by senior management or external stakeholders.
