Job summary

Accenture India in Gurugram seeks an experienced F&A Sales Practitioner Associate Director CL5 to lead end-to-end finance solutions for large BPM deals. You will bridge finance operations and business development, shaping transformation roadmaps and driving client value.

You will partner with sales to craft compelling narratives and lead design of end-to-end F&A solutions across industries, including CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, and Financial Services.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate finance degree required (CA/CFA/MBA in Finance).
• Domain expertise in F&A for large BPM deals.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale F&A transformations.

• Accenture is Industry leader in Finance & Accounting services. We provide advisory and Business Process Management (BPM) services in Core & Strategic Finance to Fortune 500 clients across 130+ countries in 45 different languages from 50+ Global Delivery centers.
• We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned f&a Sales Practitioner to join our sales and solutioning team.
• This role is ideal for a domain expert who can bridge the gap between finance operations and business development. You will play a pivotal role in shaping large BPM deals, crafting compelling F&A digital solutions (Hyper-automation, Generative AI, Agentic, etc.) and driving transformation agendas for clients across industries.
• Partner with sales teams to provide deep domain expertise during the pursuit lifecycle.
• Lead the design of end-to-end F&A solutions for large, complex deals including transformation, and technology enablement.
• Develop client-specific value propositions, solution narratives, and transformation roadmaps.
• Participate in client presentations, orals, and workshops to articulate R2R capabilities and transformation

What are we looking for?

• F&A Sales Practitioner Associate director CL5
• Hold post graduate finance degree such as CA, CFA, or MBA (Fin)
• Deep Domain expertise in F&A area
• Hands-on operations or transformation experience in F&A within industries like CPG, Retail, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Media, Hospitality, Healthcare or Financial Services
• Have delivered at least 2 large scale F&A deals or Tech. led Transformation for large global Clients
• Well versed with Industry technologies & leading tools, automation, AI and Analytics plus, they already have a proven track record of implementing Digital finance so

Roles and Responsibilities

• This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture.
• It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility.
• Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters.
• Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility.
• Individual manages large complex teams and or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
