Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer in Bengaluru with 3–4 years of hands‑on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. You’ll work across the stack, from REST APIs in Python to responsive UIs in React, and contribute to CI/CD and cloud deployments on Azure.

Responsibilities include backend APIs, frontend components, deployment pipelines, and monitoring with Azure services, Databricks, and App Services. Ideal for collaborative, agile teams across global clients.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with hands‑on experience using FastAPI.
• Experience developing frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services and Function Apps.
• Good understanding of REST API design principles and microservices architecture.

• Utilize monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights to ensure reliability.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production operations.

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with 3-4 years of hands‑on experience to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will work across the stack, from building performant REST APIs in Python to crafting responsive UIs in ReactJS, while contributing to CI/CD and cloud deployment practices on Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend APIs and integrations using Python (e.g., FastAPI)
• Build and support frontend components using Angular or React
• Design, implement, and monitor production‑grade applications and processing pipelines
• Work extensively with Azure services such as Databricks, Azure Functions, App Services, Storage, and Networking
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps (preferred)
• Implement automation scripts and streamline deployment processes
• Utilize monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights to ensure application reliability and performance
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth production operations
• Write and maintain efficient T‑SQL queries and ensure database performance
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, product, and data teams
• (Optional) Leverage Azure AI tools where relevant to enhance solutions

Key Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with hands‑on experience using FastAPI.
• Experience developing frontend applications using ReactJS.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with Git and collaborative version control workflows.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD concepts and pipeline tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services and Function Apps.
• Good understanding of REST API design principles and microservices architecture.

Good to Have

• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (AKS).
• Exposure to integrating AI agents or LLM‑based capabilities into applications, including FastAPI‑based MCP servers.
• Familiarity with multi‑cloud environments such as AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Exposure to cloud monitoring and observability tools.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as in an agile, team‑oriented environment.
