TIS Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fullstack Engineer in Mumbai to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. You will work on backend Python (Django/Flask) and frontend React components, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver new features and maintain code quality.

Requirements include 5+ years in full-stack development, strong Python backend experience, and proficiency with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and modern tooling (Docker, Kubernetes). Immediate joiners preferred.

Back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable and high-performance web applications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Maintain code quality through code reviews and automated tests.

Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development

practices.

Design and implement RESTful APIs using Python frameworks such as Next JS, Flask, Django

Node.js, XML, jQuery)

Familiarity with some of databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, AWS

Redis,), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application

Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python

Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes

Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (eg: Git, BitBucket)

Develop and maintain frontend components using React.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

4-10 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Strong experience with back-end technologies: Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.

Proficient in database design and management: SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases like

MongoDB.

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with microservices architecture.

Knowledge of serverless computing.

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
