Job summary

thewebvale is hiring a Full-Stack Performance Engineer to drive performance across client and server code. You will audit, profile, and optimize rendering, APIs, and databases across the stack, with emphasis on React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Redis.

You will mentor developers, implement caching strategies, and establish monitoring in CI. This role is remote-first with a Bhopal studio for hybrid days, offering exposure to real client products and close collaboration with the founder and senior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with performance specialization.
• Deep knowledge of full-stack web architectures with TypeScript, React, and Node.
• Extensive experience profiling SQL queries, execution plans, and connection pools.
• Master performance profiling tools including Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, and APMs.
• Understand network protocols, HTTP/2, edge caching, and server concurrency.
• Communicate empirical benchmark comparisons effectively to engineering and client teams.

Responsibilities
