Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking an experienced full-stack software engineer to design, build and maintain enterprise applications using C# and .NET. You will develop robust back-end services, RESTful APIs and third‑party integrations while optimizing SQL Server performance.

You’ll apply OOP principles, contribute to CI/CD pipelines and participate in code reviews to ensure high quality, scalable solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Hands-on with C# and .NET, including ASP.NET/.NET apps.
• Experience with PHP and RESTful APIs.
• Strong SQL Server skills: queries, joins, indexing, performance.
• OOP fundamentals and architectural design knowledge.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD practices and test frameworks (xUnit or PHPUnit).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack enterprise applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop and implement business logic and application workflows based on functional requirements.
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, joins, indexing, data integrity and performance optimization.
• Develop and maintain third-party integrations and enterprise application interfaces.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and design decisions.
• Work with Git-based version control and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Support production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to application performance, scalability, maintainability and overall technical quality.

What We Seek In You

• 7+ years of relevant experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong and mandatory hands-on experience in C# and .NET.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET / .NET application development.
• Hands-on experience with PHP.
• Strong experience developing RESTful APIs, web services and third-party integrations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including queries, joins, indexing and performance considerations.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design principles and application architecture.
• Experience with Git-based version control and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or PHPUnit.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on Energy Trade and Risk Management (ETRM) or related commodity trading applications.
• Experience with Azure services such as App Services, Key Vault, Virtual Machines, Load Balancer, Azure SQL or Azure SQL Managed Instance.
• Knowledge of advanced T-SQL, Change Data Capture (CDC), query optimization and performance tuning.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes and Helm Charts.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, custom agents or AI-enabled engineering practices.
• Experience working on enterprise-scale applications and production support environments.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software development practices.
