Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Chennai seeks a System Development Specialist to lead full-stack development and modernization of a high-impact manufacturing system. You will design RESTful APIs, modernize the tech stack with Blazor, and collaborate across teams to ensure robust security and governance.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years of hands-on C#/.NET experience, strong SQL skills, and hands-on Azure DevOps CI/CD expertise. A hybrid work model and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BE/ME in Computer Science or a similar discipline is required.
• 5–10 years of software development experience with strong hands-on C# and .NET.
• Strong experience with REST Web APIs and modern HTML/CSS-based front-end frameworks, with exposure to Blazor.
• Relational database design, SQL schemas, querying, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications; desktop app development is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with VS and SSMS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements and design and implement software solutions across the full SDLC.
• Develop and maintain C#/.NET desktop and web applications, including modernizing the existing stack.
• Design, build, and document RESTful Web APIs and contribute to Blazor-based apps.

We are looking for a System Development Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, REST APIs, Blazor, SQL/Relational Databases, and Azure DevOps CI/CD. The role will contribute across full-stack development, application modernization, infrastructure, deployment, testing, access control, and governance to rebuild and evolve a high-impact system supporting real-world manufacturing processes.

What You'll Do

What We Seek In You

• 5–10 years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in C# and .NET.

• Solid understanding of relational database design, SQL schemas, querying, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing and maintaining web applications; desktop application development is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines, along with proficiency in Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio.
• Understanding of service-oriented architecture and basic DevOps/deployment automation.
• Experience with unit testing and automation, with an interest in cyber/information security and access control.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaboration, communication, and an ownership-driven approach.
• BE/ME in Computer Science or a similar discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms and desktop application development.
• Exposure to service-oriented architecture and broader DevOps/deployment automation.
• Experience supporting applications used in manufacturing, factory, or warehouse environments.
