• Write clean, reusable, and testable code; troubleshoot API, integration, data-quality, and performance issues; and support CI/CD, cloud deployment, and production readiness.

We are looking for a Backend Developer / Data Engineer with strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, Python, REST APIs, SQL, and Data Processing to build scalable backend services, APIs, data‑processing components, and integrations. The role will work across application, data, integration, and AI use cases, delivering secure, reliable, and maintainable enterprise solutions.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend services and secure REST APIs using .NET/C# and Python.
• Build data‑processing, transformation, validation, and ETL/ELT workflows for structured and semi‑structured data.
• Integrate internal and external systems using REST APIs, JSON/XML, file‑based exchanges, and messaging patterns.
• Work with relational databases, write optimized SQL, and support data modelling and performance tuning.
• Implement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, logging, and audit requirements.
• Develop asynchronous and background processing for long‑running and integration‑heavy workloads.

What We Seek In You

• 4–8 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and backend API development.
• Strong Python development experience with exposure to FastAPI, Flask, or equivalent frameworks.
• Strong experience in REST APIs and enterprise integration.
• Hands‑on experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with data processing, ETL/ELT, data transformation, and multi‑source integrations.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, concurrency, and background processing.
• Experience with JSON, XML, file‑based data exchange, Git, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Working knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting, code‑review, analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with message queues or event‑driven architectures.
• Experience with cloud data services, object storage, and serverless components.
• Exposure to document processing, OCR, or AI/LLM integrations.
• Experience with supply‑chain, logistics, or enterprise workflow applications.
• Knowledge of OpenAPI/Swagger and API security practices.
