The role emphasizes end-to-end development, modern architectures (microservices, containers, cloud-native), and relentless focus on performance and quality through CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
• Strong experience in backend development with languages such as Node.js, Go, REST APIs, Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with databases PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab CI).

Responsibilities

• End-to-end development of network-focused software products (management platforms, APIs, dashboards, monitoring tools).
• Design and implement scalable backend systems, APIs, and high-performance frontends.
• Collaborate with product management, DevOps, QA, and network engineering teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure software quality via code reviews, best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers; foster culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
