Job summary

Appsierra Group in Pune seeks an experienced Full Stack Lead/Manager to guide a small engineering squad while driving architectural decisions and delivering high-quality software solutions. You will mentor 4–5 engineers, design scalable Python/Go microservices, React apps, and REST APIs, and lead AWS deployments with Docker and Kafka.

The role requires 10–15 years of relevant experience, strong skills in Python, Golang, React, and AWS, and a proven track record in leading teams and microservices

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E. degree required.
• 10–15 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Golang, React and AWS.
• Experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Solid knowledge of microservices, REST APIs and PostgreSQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers while shaping architecture.
• Design scalable microservices in Python/Go and React frontends.
• Drive deployments on AWS with Docker, CI/CD and Kafka.
• Ensure security, availability, observability and performance.
• Oversee complex production troubleshooting and technical decisions.
• Collaborate with Product, DevOps and other engineering teams.

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a small engineering squad while driving architectural decisions and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-5 engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture and development
• Design scalable Python/Go microservices, React applications, REST APIs and PostgreSQL solutions
• Drive AWS deployment, Docker, CI/CD, Kafka and real-time IoT integrations
• Ensure security, high availability, observability and performance
• Own complex production troubleshooting and technical decision-making
• Conduct code reviews and drive delivery
• Manage technical documentation and collaborate with Product, DevOps, Embedded and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E.
