Job summary

SoftTech Engineers Limited in Pune seeks a Senior Full Stack Lead with hands-on development experience to drive the design and development of scalable enterprise solutions. You will own architectural decisions, set patterns, and mentor engineers across cross-functional squads.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in .NET Core, React.js, cloud-native architecture, and Azure DevOps, and will lead technical strategy while contributing to coding and architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall software development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / C# for backend development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on working experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, Releases).
• Experience with SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and delivery best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and architecture for end-to-end full-stack, cloud-native applications.
• Lead design and development efforts, set technical standards, and ensure quality and maintainability.
• Contribute hands-on development using .NET Core/C# and modern frontend tech.
• Design APIs, microservices, and distributed systems with performance and security in mind.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Mentor engineers and drive technical risk management and delivery planning.
