Inito is seeking an senior backend engineering leader to drive end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable services in Bengaluru. You will architect robust systems, guide adoption of modern tech, and ensure alignment with product goals.

You will coach junior engineers, perform code reviews, and lead initiatives to improve performance, security, and reliability across production environments. This role demands strong leadership and hands-on expertise.

Formación

• Strong backend engineering experience building production systems at scale.
• Strong expertise in at least one modern backend stack such as Node.js, Go, or similar frameworks.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs, API design, and backend integration best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus.
• Exposure to messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Good exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), build tools, and automation systems (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc. ).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, scalability patterns, and reliability engineering.
• Strong leadership, mentorship, and collaboration capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
