Persistent is seeking a talented and innovative Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, React Native, and AWS. Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on development with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong experience in front-end development using ReactJS and React Native.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.
• 2+ years designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications, ML workflows, or intelligent automation solutions.
• 2+ years integrating LLMs, GenAI platforms, AI frameworks, APIs, or libraries into production applications.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and AI architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication in an Agile environment.
