Persistent Systems in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, Kafka and microservices.

You will build robust REST APIs, work with MongoDB, participate in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to Generative AI initiatives while delivering high-quality software with strong performance and reliability. This role offers hybrid work options.

Competenze

• 5–9 years of hands-on Java full stack experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, backend services, and frontend development.

This role involves building modern distributed applications, developing responsive user interfaces, and implementing event-driven architectures to deliver high-quality business solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and modern frontend frameworks.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
• Implement event-driven architectures and messaging solutions using Kafka.
• Develop and maintain integrations between enterprise systems and third-party applications.
• Work with MongoDB and other databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the adoption of Generative AI capabilities within enterprise applications.
• Develop reusable components and frameworks to improve development efficiency.
• Create technical documentation and support deployment and release activities.

• 5 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
