Persistent Systems in Pune seeks a talented Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, ReactJS, and AWS. You will leverage GenAI capabilities to deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Collaborate across teams in an Agile environment, build REST APIs and microservices, and deploy cloud-native apps on AWS while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience using Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong front-end experience with ReactJS and/or React Native.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on AWS cloud services and cloud-native development.
• 2+ years of AI-powered applications, ML workflows, or intelligent automation.
• 2+ years integrating LLMs, GenAI platforms, AI frameworks or APIs.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, vector databases, and AI architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with source control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.
