Job summary

CorpCash is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer in Noida (WFO) with hybrid flexibility. The role centers on building from the ground up, strong backend focus with Node.js, and shaping scalable systems.

You will architect, implement, and ship features across the stack, mentor developers, and collaborate with product and infra teams to deliver production-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building production-grade applications with backend focus.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, and distributed systems.
• Strong PostgreSQL schema design, queries, and indexing.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship features across the stack with a backend focus.

• Lead system design decisions for complex modules including DB modeling.
• Mentor engineers and drive code reviews for quality and reliability.

CorpCash is building India's AI-native B2B Finance Operating System - a unified platform for expense management, corporate spend, treasury, financial automation, and employee benefits. Wedges: expense cards, cash flow controls, finance dashboard, employee super-app. Long-term ambition: regulated NBFC and public listing. The first dedicated product marketer joins the founding team to define positioning, drive launches, and build the messaging engine that turns product velocity into market traction.

Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer

Location: Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid can be considered)

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who thrives on building products from the ground up and continuously shipping new features. This role is backend-heavy, requiring deep expertise in Node.js and distributed system design, while also contributing across the stack.

You will architect, build, and scale core platform capabilities while staying deeply hands-on. You’ll shape system design, raise the engineering bar, and mentor developers - all while consistently delivering high-quality, production-ready features.

• Design, build, and continuously ship product features across the stack with a strong backend focus.
• Architect scalable backend systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS
• Lead system design and architectural decisions for complex modules- including database modeling and third-party service integrations
• Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, technical mentorship, and continuous system optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and infrastructure teams to drive end-to-end feature ownership

Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years building production-grade applications with deep expertise in Node.js and backend systems
• Proven track record designing scalable architectures, distributed systems, and high-performance APIs
• Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL- schema design, query optimization, and indexing strategies
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure) and CI/CD-driven development workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
