Job summary

Lend A Hand India in Gandhinagar, Gujarat is seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer (Senior Associate/Officer) to build reliable, scalable software for education and social projects. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong foundation in backend and frontend development.

You will collaborate with government partners, project managers, and end-users to deliver solutions, follow SDLC practices, and continuously improve systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS or equivalent (B.E./MCA/MCS/M.Sc.).
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in technology projects.
• Strong SDLC understanding and documentation.
• Practical experience with Python/NodeJS backend services and APIs.
• Knowledge of Git, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and SaaS apps.
• Willingness to learn DevOps basics for SaaS deployment on AWS.

Requirements

Experience and Qualification:

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent - B.E. (Any) /MCA / MCS / M.Sc. Computer Science.
• Candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience in technology projects.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and an interest indocumentation.
• Teamwork and an eagerness to contribute to projects in a collaborative environment.
• Passion for working in the social sector is an added advantage.
• A strong technicalaptitude and eagerness to learn new software and tools.
