Get Set Skilled Private Limited is building MargdarshakAI, an AI-powered career intelligence platform. We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer Intern to join the core team and work directly with founders, AI engineers, and product teams to build scalable web experiences for MargdarshakAI.

This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a real AI product from an early stage and gain exposure to modern frontend/backend development, AI integrations, scalable architecture, and startup

Qualifications

• Proven experience with React.js and Next.js.

We are currently building MargdarshakAI, an AI-powered End-to-End Career Intelligence Platform designed to help students, developers, and professionals: identify skill gaps, follow personalized career roadmaps, build real-world projects, and progress toward employability with clarity and accountability.

We have successfully launched Phase 2.2 of MargdarshakAI and are now expanding our engineering team to build the next generation of AI-driven career experiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused Full Stack Developer Intern to join our core team.You will work directly with the founders, AI engineers, and product team to build scalable and intelligent web experiences for MargdarshakAI.This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to a real AI product from an early stage and gain exposure to: modern frontend/backend development, AI integrations, scalable architecture, and startup execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and modern frontend interfaces using React.js, Next.js, and TailwindCSS.
• Build scalable backend APIs using Node.js (Express/Fastify/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Django).
• Integrate AI-powered APIs and recommendation systems into the platform.
• Work on authentication, dashboards, onboarding flows, and user personalization.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX and AI teams to implement product features.
• Use GitHub workflows for version control, PR reviews, and issue tracking.
• Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
• Backend development experience using Node.js or Python.
• Understanding of REST APIs / GraphQL.
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Firebase.
• Experience with Git & GitHub workflows.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of authentication systems (JWT/OAuth).
• Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel, AWS, or Azure.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD.
• UI/UX understanding or familiarity with Figma.
