Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies is hiring for a client role of a Full Stack Developer on a split Internship + Full-time basis in Hyderabad. CTC is 3 LPA; Internship stipend is ₹10,000 per month; a service bond of 18 months applies; joining is immediate; offline interviews are conducted at the Hyderabad office.

Selected candidates will handle both front-end and back-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Node JS, Python and SQL, with exposure to GenAI tools.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have strong front-end knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS) and back-end skills (Node JS, Python, SQL).
• Good knowledge of AI vibe-coding tools is required.
• Excellent communication and startup adaptability are desirable.

Additional Points

Internship Details

PPO: Based on internship performance, shortlisted candidates may be offered a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO).

Rounds

• Assessment Round: A combination of aptitude and coding questions.
• Technical Interview: Candidates will be assessed on their technical knowledge and proficiency in the technologies and concepts mentioned above.

Service Commitment

Employees must enter into a service commitment for a period of 18 months from the date of joining, subject to the terms of a separately executed Service Agreement.

Candidates are required to provide a cheque of 1,00,000 as security against the service commitment.
