Persistent Systems Limited in Pune is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong Java, Spring Boot, and React.js skills to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in an Agile team.

You will build RESTful services, work with relational and NoSQL databases, participate in design sessions, code reviews, and deploys in a CI/CD environment. 5–8 years of hands-on experience required.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of full stack development experience.
• Strong Java 8+ and Spring Boot expertise.
• REST APIs and microservices experience.
• React.js frontend development experience.
• Relational DBs: PostgreSQL, SQL Server or Oracle; NoSQL: MongoDB.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Develop scalable backend services using Java and microservices architecture.
• Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js and modern frontend technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support business applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define application requirements.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following development best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects and performance issues.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to manage application data.
• Support deployment and release management activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and engineering practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to improve application quality and performance.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
• Hands‑on experience developing REST APIs and microservices.
• Strong frontend development experience using React.js.
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of database design and query optimization.
• Experience using Git and version control best practices.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred.
• Experience with Docker and containerization technologies is an advantage.
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and software delivery practices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
