• Role: Java Full Stack Developer - React & Spring Boot

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java and React.
• Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and modern backend development frameworks.
• Design and optimize database structures, SQL queries, and data access layers using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Develop and maintain batch processing solutions using Spring Batch or equivalent frameworks.
• Design, develop, and consume REST APIs with proper versioning, documentation, and security controls.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices following OWASP guidelines.
• Work with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, and JMS for asynchronous communication.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and product owners to understand and deliver business requirements.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, performance tuning, and application optimization.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, development, and release activities.

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 5-7 years of experience in software development and enterprise application engineering.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections Framework, Exception Handling, and Multithreading.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture.
• Strong experience in developing RESTful APIs and distributed backend services.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands‑on experience with React.js including Components, Hooks, State Management, and API Integration.
• Strong SQL skills with expertise in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and relational database management.
• Experience with database design, query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Spring Batch and batch processing frameworks.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.
• Understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience working on cloud‑native and large‑scale distributed enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps concepts, and Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
