We are looking for a Technical Support to support the Application Team in managing day-to-day technical communications and initial issue analysis. In this role, you will help reduce operational communication overhead by handling technical email queries, performing first-level issue triaging, and coordinating with development teams.

The candidate will work closely with developers and stakeholders to analyze incoming issues, gather required information, and support faster resolution. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn about web applications, APIs, and technical workflows are also encouraged to apply.
