Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-stack engineering experience with an automation focus.
• Strong proficiency with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with task queues like BullMQ, Celery, or Redis.
• Understand database transactions, locking mechanisms, and batch processing logic.
• Disciplined debugging habits for asynchronous job failures.

As a Full-Stack Automation Engineer at TheWebVale, you will build background automation services, data synchronization jobs, and operational tools for client businesses. You will automate invoice generation, inventory sync, and client communication workflows for coaching institutes and clinics.You will work closely with backend engineers and client managers during our two-to-three week release cycles. You will design dependable automation pipelines with thorough logging, error handling, and manual override capabilities.
