Role Description

The Full Searchers – Title role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru East. In this role, team members conduct comprehensive title searches and review public records to identify liens, encumbrances, and document defects affecting property ownership. They analyze the chain of title, verify deeds, and ensure that title information is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and client standards. The role involves preparing clear, organized title search reports, coordinating with internal teams to resolve title-related issues, and supporting escrow and settlement functions as needed. Daily responsibilities also include adhering to established turnaround times, maintaining data integrity in processing systems, and following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
