Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor title searchers, abstractors, and examiners to maintain high accuracy and productivity.
• Quality Control: Review complex title search reports, deeds, liens, mortgages, and encumbrances to guarantee legal clarity.
• Process Management: Set workflow timelines, assign property files, and ensure deadlines are met for real estate closings.
• Issue Resolution: Handle escalated title defects, legal disputes, or complex claims by coordinating with attorneys, lenders, and clients.
• Compliance & Standards: Keep up-to-date with local and state property laws, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years in title searching, examining, or real estate paralegal work, with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
