Job summary

Altisource in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Associate in Title Insurance Services to support back-office operations and deliver timely title searches and commitments.

You will handle US residential/commercial title search across multiple title plants, read and paraphrase documents, and collaborate with closing coordinators to revise commitments as needed.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong communication, and flexibility for night shifts in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US residential/commercial Title Search experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Familiar with title production apps such as DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry, Netronline.
• Typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
• Willingness to work night shift and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and deliver Title Search and Commitment reports to the client.
• Perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline.
• Read search documents and paraphrase/align title and title commitment related matters.
• Collaborate with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed.
• Review title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information.
• Maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines.
• Escalate issues to a supervisor when needed.
• Ensure timely completion of all tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide Back-Office support for Title Company and provide Title Search and Commitment report to the client
• Ability to perform Title Search on Title plants such as Data Trace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
• Ability to read search documents and paraphrase/align title and other title commitment related matters
• Work with closing coordinators to revise Title Commitments as needed
• Review residential / commercial title search materials and create title reports and commitments based on Title Search information
• Manage and maintain assigned title files in compliance with process guidelines
• Maintain strong team alliance / ability to work with co-workers to meet and achieve team and department goals
• Should be capable of producing error free work consistently
• Ability to discern matters that require escalation to a supervisor
• Timely completion of all work assignments and projects

Qualifications

• The ideal candidature will need to have minimum 3+years of US Residential / Commercial Title Search and Examination experience in a multi-state fast paced high volume work environment
• The candidate should have good verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, demonstrated ability to manage simultaneous work priorities
• Familiarity with title production application such as Resware and Title Plants as DataTrace, Redvision, Tapestry and Netronline
• Mandatory minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with 100% accuracy
• Flexible to work in any shift. Position is primarily for night shift
• Any Graduate
