Job Summary

Contract position focused on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) development.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 4 years of experience in development in Sales & Service Cloud.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Salesforce FSC Development.
• Lead the development scrum team, ensuring doubts and difficulties of team members are eliminated.
• Provide support to the development team in decisions regarding development strategies, such as OOTB solutions versus custom code.
• Understand technical architecture documents and BRDs to meet business requirements using standards defined by the architect.
• Conduct peer reviews of code developed by teammates to ensure coding standards are followed.
• Flag business requirements that may not be suitable due to Salesforce platform limitations.
• Provide alternate development approaches to product owners to make optimal use of the Salesforce platform.
• Lead the sprint demo at the end of each sprint and obtain business sign‑off on completed development.
• Ensure all components developed or modified by team members are pushed to the code repository.
