Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through Voice, Chat, and Email channels.
• Resolve customer queries related to Google Ads, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, policy compliance, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze customer issues and deliver effective first-contact resolution.
