Job summary

Dmi Finance seeks an experienced Engineering Manager – Frontend in Delhi to lead multiple squads building scalable, secure, customer-facing digital platforms. You will guide frontend architecture, modern web practices, and people leadership to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires 8+ years frontend exp, strong Angular/React expertise, and experience in regulated fintech environments. A candidate will drive performance, security, and design-system adoption across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of frontend engineering experience.
• 2–5 years of people management experience leading engineering teams and driving delivery across multiple projects.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale FinTech, Banking, Payments, Lending, or NBFC platforms.
• Strong expertise in Angular, React, and modern frontend architectures.
• Experience working within regulated financial environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute frontend engineering strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Drive frontend modernization initiatives and technology roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end delivery of frontend initiatives across multiple squads.
• Lead, mentor, and develop frontend engineering teams.
• Review and approve High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Ensure adoption of reusable component libraries and enterprise design systems.
• Drive frontend performance optimization, accessibility, security, and observability standards.
• Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews for critical production issues.
• Partner with Product, Design, QA, Backend, Business, and Operations teams.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

About the Role
