Position: lead Frontend Developer

Experience: 8-12 Years

Location: Gurgaon, WFO (5 days)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with strong expertise in modern UI frameworks and working knowledge of backend technologies. The ideal candidate should be passionate about building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces while understanding how frontend integrates with APIs, services, and backend systems.

You will collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, DevOps teams, and product managers to deliver scalable, enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities

1 Frontend Development (Primary Focus)

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using:
• React js /Node js (preferred)
• Next js, (bonus)
• Translate Figma designs into reusable UI components
• Implement and maintain design systems using:
• Material UI
• CSS3 / SCSS
• Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
• Integrate charts and visualizations using:
• chart.js
• Shadcn
• highcharts
• gcharts
• Ensure pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatibility
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

2 Backend Understanding (Working Knowledge Required)

• Consume and integrate REST APIs using axios or fetch

Basic development experience in one or more:

• Node.js (preferred)
• Java

Understanding of:

• JWT authentication
• API security best practices
• JSON data handling
• Ability to debug backend integration issues

3 Architecture & DevOps Awareness

Understanding of:

• Microservices architecture
• API gateway concepts
• CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with:
• Git (branching strategies, PR reviews)
• Containerized applications (Docker basics)
• Basic knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus

4 Testing & Quality

Write unit tests using:

• Jest
• Karma (optional)
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and reusability
