What will you do

We are seeking a Manager - GUI with strong experience in Angular and Node.js, along with mandatory expertise in React.js and Next.js, to lead frontend initiatives and development across critical fintech platforms. This role is ideal for someone who not only excels in coding but also demonstrates leadership by motivating teams and architecting scalable, secure, and efficient web applications.

Job responsibilities

• Manage and mentor Team Leads handling separate GUI development teams
• Architect, design, and implement scalable web applications using Node.js and Angular frameworks.
• Define and drive frontend architecture strategy across multiple platforms.
• Ensure consistency in coding standards, design patterns, and technology stack.
• Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones across teams.
• Align frontend deliverables with product roadmap and business priorities.
• Review and approve technical documentation and sprint plans.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
• Integrate web services and APIs, especially RESTful services.
• Promote innovation, continuous learning, and the use of latest tools and technologies such as Docker, GitHub Actions, and monitoring frameworks.
• Support project estimations, documentation, and ensure timely delivery of features and modules.
• Foster a collaborative and performance-driven environment within the team.

What are we looking for

• Define and drive frontend architecture strategy across multiple platforms.
• Oversee scalability, security, and performance of frontend applications.
• Deep experience with Angular (v6+ preferred), RxJS, and Angular CLI.
• Expertise in Node.js with Express and understanding of middleware and server-side scripting.
• Solid understanding of front-end tools and build systems such as Webpack and npm.
• Experience in RESTful API integration and working with backend teams on API design.
• Version control expertise using Git (GitHub or GitLab).
• Familiarity with databases like MongoDB and MySQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex frontend systems across multiple releases.
• Fintech or banking domain exposure is an added advantage.
• Analytical thinking, strong judgment, and decision-making abilities.
