Luxoft is seeking a Front-End Engineer in Gurugram to design, develop, and maintain modern front-end components and screens. You will work with Product Owners, BAs, UX Designers, and Back-End Engineers to deliver secure, accessible, and scalable user experiences that meet engineering standards.

The role emphasizes building responsive UI, implementing onboarding workflows, and aligning with UX designs and design systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end or full-stack experience with a strong front-end focus.
• Experience delivering front-end apps in complex environments with REST API integration.
• Experience in Agile teams with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end components and application screens that support error recovery, validation, and operational resilience.
• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable user interface components.
• Implement user-facing workflows for onboarding, lead capture, validation, confirmation, and processing.
• Ensure front-end implementation aligns with UX designs, design standards, and guardrails.
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, component patterns, and state management approaches.
• Ensure UI behavior is consistent, reliable, and supportable across the platform.
• Collaborate with platform teams for authentication, navigation, audit capture, and user context integration.
• Write unit, integration, and UI tests for front-end components and workflows.
• Support field-level workshops, screen flow reviews, and usability feedback sessions.

The role will contribute to building modern user interfaces, including user-facing front-end journeys, workflows, validation screens, navigation patterns, and integration experiences. The Front-End Engineer will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Back-End Engineers, Architects, and platform teams to deliver secure, accessible, performant, and maintainable user experiences aligned with engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front-end components and application screens that support error recovery, validation, and operational resilience.
• Build responsive, accessible, and reusable user interface components.
• Implement user-facing workflows for product onboarding, lead capture, validation, confirmation, and operational processing.
• Ensure front-end implementation aligns with approved UX designs, design standards, and engineering guardrails.
• Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, component patterns, and state management approaches.
• Ensure user interface behaviour is consistent, reliable, and supportable across the platform.
• Implement front-end patterns required for application navigation, sidebar integration, and seamless switching between applications.
• Support integration of application screens with platform-level capabilities such as authentication, navigation, audit capture, and user context.
• Work with platform teams to ensure front-end delivery aligns with mini-app standards and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with Solution Designers and Architects to align front-end implementation with the overall solution design.
• Write unit, integration, and UI tests for front-end components and workflows.
• Support field-level workshops, screen flow reviews, and usability feedback sessions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in front-end engineering or full-stack engineering with a strong front-end focus.

Required Skills

• Experience delivering front-end applications in complex technology environments and integrating front-end applications with REST APIs.
• Experience working with component-based front-end architecture, API-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Designers, Engineers, and Architects.
• Experience in banking, financial services, Markets, client onboarding, or workflow platforms is desirable.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and modern engineering workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex front-end and integration issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with product onboarding, Lead Management, order capture, or sales workflow platforms.
• Experience in greenfield implementation of CRM applications.
• Experience with customer and reference data integration.
