Job summary

Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver outstanding service across reception, executive floor, communications center and concierge. You will be the first smiling face for guests, handling inquiries and assisting with check-in/check-out while coordinating with various hotel departments for a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has hospitality training, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and at least two years of experience in hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Strong customer service, communications and interpersonal skills.
