Job summary

Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional service to guests at the front desk and in the F&B area. You will welcome guests, assist with inquiries, check-in/out, and coordinate services to ensure a seamless stay.

The ideal candidate has a hospitality-related degree, 2 years in hotel operations, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to delight guests and support a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned Place of Work, providing courteous, professional and flexible service.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, efficient and guest-focused attitude to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Assist with general front-desk duties and guest inquiries to ensure a smooth guest experience.
